Mystical Aliveness & Jungian Somatics™: A Path to Embodied Soulfulness

I have spent decades exploring the deep relationship between the body, psyche, and soul. As a Jungian Analyst, somatic expert, and educator, my work bridges the wisdom of depth psychology with the intelligence of the body. I am the creator of Jungian Somatics™, a practice that integrates movement, sensation, and the unconscious to cultivate a deep, lived experience of aliveness.

A Life Rooted in Embodied Transformation

From my early years as a movement practitioner to becoming a Jungian Analyst, my work has always centered on one question:
How do we reconnect with the aliveness that sustains us?

This question isn’t just academic—it’s personal. My own journey has taught me how easy it is to become disconnected from the vitality, wonder, and deep knowing that nourish the soul. I have experienced firsthand how fear, trauma, and darkness can pull us away from ourselves. But I have also discovered that aliveness is always available—through movement, creativity, connection, and faith.

I have spent years guiding individuals through transformation, not just through theory but through lived, embodied practice. Whether I’m working with therapists, leaders, or seekers, my focus remains the same: helping people reconnect with what moves them on the deepest level.

My Work

Through teaching, consulting, and speaking, I help others bridge the unconscious and the body, moving beyond survival into a place of deep, embodied soulfulness. My approach has resonated with people from diverse backgrounds, and I have had the privilege of sharing this work in a variety of settings—from professional trainings to spiritual communities.

Jungian Somatics™ is not about fixing. It is about remembering. Awakening. Reclaiming what has been forgotten. It is about rediscovering the movement of the soul and learning how to live in Mystical Aliveness.

My Journey

I spent many years as a trauma expert, helping individuals understand and heal from the effects of deep wounding. While this work was meaningful, I felt increasingly drawn to something different—not just addressing what had been broken, but guiding people toward what enlivens them. This shift in focus has led me to center my work on Mystical Aliveness and the integration of body and soul through Jungian Somatics™.

For over two decades, I have worked with people seeking more than just survival—those longing for a deeper, more meaningful connection to themselves and the world. My approach is rooted in the understanding that transformation happens not just in the mind, but through the body and informed by the soul. The intelligence of the unconscious moves through sensation, movement, and breath, and I help people engage with that intelligence to rediscover vitality, clarity, and deep self-trust.
