Soul in Motion is an immersive experience designed to guide participants in healing heartbreak stemming from suffering, trauma and spiritual injury. This primarily experiential, innovative, and transformative journey is founded on the principles of Jungian Somatics™ to restore faith, wholeness, and a sense of sacred connection in our everyday lives.
The program uniquely combines Jungian concepts with somatic practices to support you in your individuation journey, of becoming more whole in your heart.
Depth-based orientation to embodied faith through movement rooted in an understanding of the body as a vessel for transformation, the training offers tools to connect with a sense of wholeness through the body. It helps participants find grounding, meaning, and connection to something greater within and beyond themselves through movement, embodied practices and the revivifying exploration of creative expression.
CREATING A BODY OF PERSONAL WORK TO HONOR THE SACRED WITHIN AND AROUND YOU
Each week, you’ll receive curated readings, experiential movement practices, and creative assignments designed to activate symbolic intelligence through the body. Over the course of the 12 weeks, you will be creating a body of work—a collection of movement-based insights, spontaneous writing, spontaneous drawing, mandala drawing, and personal myth-making. You will connect deeply with symbols that carry healing potential, allowing you to observe how the psyche is guiding you through this transformative process. Much like Jung’s Red Book, this evolving personal work becomes a living document of this part of your ongoing individuation process—one that you can return to and revisit for deeper meaning and guidance. Through this journey, we will working with the self-regulating function of your psyche, opening doorways to profound self-discovery and embodied wisdom.
Symbolism in motion: Movement is not only a physical act but also a means of expressing and interacting with symbolic content. The program teaches participants to interpret the body’s symbolic language and apply it to their personal growth and spiritual connection.
Professional and personal development: The training is ideal for therapists, coaches, educators, and anyone interested in deepening their deepest Self and how it guides you in your life. It equips participants with practical tools they can integrate into their professional practice and personal healing journey while fostering personal transformation.
Rituals and somatic practices: We will be developing new personalized ritual in our 12 weeks together to offer you ongoing buttressing during and after the program. Conscious ritual is often lacking in our lives but have been a key way that humans have stayed connected to the transpersonal realm.
Collaborative exploration: The program creates a "temenos" (sacred space) for shared exploration, where participants are encouraged to engage in self-reflection, active imagination, creative expression and somatic practices that allow them to engage with their inner world in a safe and supported environment.
Accessible and inclusive: With an emphasis on inclusivity, the program welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds, cultures, religious or spiritual orientations and life experiences. It respects the unique journey of each participant while providing a structured path for learning and growth.
Benefits: Learn to connect the unconscious mind to the body through symbolic and somatic practices.

Soul in Motion is more than a training—it’s a transformative journey into the profound connection between the seen and unseen, the conscious and unconscious, and the body and soul. Rooted in the principles of Jungian Somatics™, this approach invites participants to engage deeply with the symbolic language of the body and the psyche. It is also an invitation to heal heartbreak stemming from trauma and spiritual injury, offering pathways to restore faith, embrace love, and reconnect with the aliveness that flows through us all. This process gently encourages the guardian within to trust again, opening the way for a deeper relationship with the sacred. By integrating the body, mind, and spirit, the program provides participants with tools to foster growth, healing, and authenticity in themselves and in others.
CONSIDERATIONS: *This course is not a replacement for personal therapy. There is minimal support outside the sessions so participants need to be well resourced to support themselves. If you are currently experiencing trauma symptoms or dysregulation on a regular basis, this program might not be for you. It is a deeply grounded program that invites participants to engage with their inner world in a supportive but non-clinical setting. While fostering spiritual connection, this journey does not bypass the realities of emotional or physical challenges or suffering and is best suited for those who are ready for self-reflection and engaging with unconscious material. We move beyond subtle bodywork into practices that root us to the earth via matter, movement, and the myofascial system.
What We Explore in These 12 Weeks:
This program explores movement, music, and creative expression as therapeutic pathways to deepening your connection with the Sacred. We work through the body and beyond the body, using breath, intuitive movement, and embodied active imagination to access symbols, dreams, and archetypal energies that facilitate self-discovery and personal meaning. Jungian Somatics™ serves as the foundation for this work, a body of practice developed over decades to honour both personal and collective healing. Through music as a bridge between the conscious and unconscious, movement as a portal to Source, and creative engagement with faith and imagination, this journey invites participants to develop a personal dialogue with the Divine. Engaging in relational somatics, dreamwork, and archetypal exploration, we cultivate embodied awe and wonder while creating a personal myth in motion. This experience is a living, evolving process designed to heal the heart and restore a sense of connection to what moves us from the inside.
At its core, this program is about reconnecting with what moves us from the inside—rekindling the sense of being touched by life and Source in a way that enlivens and inspires. This journey invites you to rediscover what it means to feel deeply moved, and to awaken the inner fire that fuels creativity, connection, and transformation.
